Incident notification for students

A near miss or an incident is an undesired event or situation of an organisational, social or physical nature that could lead to health problems, illness or an accident. This might be an incident where someone could have been injured, even if they weren’t. Quite often a near miss incident has the same cause as an work accident would, therefore it is important that incidents are brought to attention.
