Lucia - light up the dark
Welcome to the university's atmospheric Lucia celebration on campus. Join us as we brighten up the winter darkness – and for those who can’t be there in person, we’ll also be livestreaming on the university’s Instagram.
This year’s Lucia procession will be performed by students from Furuboda's music program, bringing light to our winter darkness with beautiful song. For those attending remotely, the celebration can be followed via the university’s Instagram livestream. The Lucia festivities begin with hot glögg and saffron buns served in the Glass House, Building 7, followed by the Lucia procession at 10:00.
9:30–9:55 Lucia Fika – The university offers glögg and saffron buns* in the Glass House, Building 7.
10:00–10:20 Lucia Procession – At the university library, Building 7, with livestreaming on the university's Instagram.
11:30–12:30 The university offers hot dogs – The Lions Club will be barbecuing a variety of hot dogs outside Building 7.*
