Reception in Building 117 closes – enquiries referred to the reception in Building 7
From February 1, the Property Management Department’s reception in Building 117 will be closed. The handling of key-related matters and certain simpler service enquiries will instead be transferred to the university’s main reception in Building 7.
The change is being made to create a clearer reception function, reduce vulnerability, and ensure a more coordinated and accessible service for staff, students and external visitors.
From 1 February, the following matters will be handled at the reception in Building 7:
- Collection of HKR cards (access cards) (you order your HKR kard here: Order the HKR card - Studentportal)
- Return of HKR cards
- Basic troubleshooting of HKR cards
